What happens if I don't load another plan by the End of my cycle? |

O Mobile PCS will give you a 5 day grace period past the expiration date. If you load another plan during the grace period ,a new billing cycle will begin. On the 6th day past your billing cycle, your cellular phone number may be lost and you will be subjected to a $25 Reactivation fee. |

How do I know when my plan is going to expire? |

Depending on the plan purchased you have (7 days,15 days ,and 30 days). O Mobile PCS may send you a series of text messages to remind you of that date ,or your dealer could inform you of the expiration date at the time of activation ,or you can call customer service for the info. |
